Payments consist of invoicing thru PayPal - We also take credit cards, cash and checks with option to pay online.
We require 1/3rd payment down on all signed approvals on estimates/bids.
If at any time you choose to cancel the down payment is non-refundable.
Invoice payment terms: 30 days, interest accrued at 2% per month thereafter.
We will invoice you the customer as soon as the job is complete.
We ask for 1/3rd down because of material costs to start the job. Then once job is completed your invoice will be sent thru PayPal, or thru email, the remaining balance will need to be paid within 30 days, if past 30 days we will add 2% per month until paid in full. If the amount of material costs goes over the bidded amount that will be invoiced as well.
We take monthly payments arranged with the owner of Maintenance Man LLC.
