Payments consist of invoicing thru PayPal, cash and checks.
We require 1/3rd payment down on all signed approvals on estimates/bids.
If at any time you choose to cancel, the down payment is non-refundable.
We will invoice you (the customer) as soon as the job is complete.
We ask for 1/3rd down because of material costs to start the job.
We also will do monthly payments with a montly fee arranged with Maintenance Man LLC.
